VIP Club Terms

1. The LUVLY VIP Club
The LUVLY VIP Club is a membership that gives you access to the member benefits described on the VIP Club page: 50% off member pricing on everything in the store, free priority shipping, early access to new products and priority support.
2. 14-day free trial
Every new sign-up gets a 14-day free trial, limited to once per customer. You are not charged anything during the trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
3. Price and renewal
If you don't cancel before the end of the trial, your membership starts automatically on day 15 at $39.95 every 28 days. It then renews automatically every 28 days until you cancel. Charges are made to the payment method you provided at sign-up.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, with no fees and no questions asked:
- from your customer account, under membership;
- or by emailing support@try-luvly.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current 28-day period: you keep your benefits until then and no further charges are made. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation by email.
5. 14-day withdrawal
You may withdraw from your membership within 14 days of signing up by emailing us at support@try-luvly.com.
6. Changes to price and benefits
We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to the price or benefits takes effect. You're free to cancel before it applies.
