How it works
- Online: click the button above, enter the email you used for your order, then type in the code we send you by email. You can then manage or cancel your membership.
- By email: write to us at support@try-luvly.com with the subject "Cancel VIP membership", or use the form below.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current 28-day period: you keep your benefits until then, and no further charges are made. If you cancel during the 14-day trial, you pay nothing. You'll receive a confirmation by email.
